Q. What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

B. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. A. Shipping rates are in the check out and customers can choose to pay for their preferred option. Some countries may require duty fees on packages upon entry and depending on the destination, customers can receive additional charges in order to receive their packags.
